General psychiatric care
Evaluation and ongoing care, with medication, therapy, or both. Most patients start here.
Interventional treatments
TMS, Spravato, IM and IV ketamine, and ECT may be helpful when depression has not improved enough with standard treatment and, when clinically appropriate, for other serious psychiatric conditions.
Hospital-based care
Inpatient care and day treatment / PHP / IOP require extra clinical coordination and may involve hospital or higher-level programs.
