Transit
Several Muni stops are close by. The 49 Van Ness/Mission stops at Van Ness & Jackson/Pacific, at our cross streets. The 1-California bus stops a few blocks south on Sacramento/Clay Street. The 12 Folsom/Pacific stops at Jackson & Van Ness, in front of the building entrance. BART is not within walking distance; transfer from Embarcadero via Muni.
Parking
Street parking on Van Ness is metered and very limited. A private parking garage on Jackson has limited availability. We recommend rideshare or transit. Ketamine patients should arrange a designated driver in advance.

At the building
Entrance & building
Enter through the main lobby on Van Ness Avenue. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Suite 400, our TMS clinic, is directly across from the elevators. For Suite 404, our ketamine and outpatient clinic, turn right from the elevators and continue down the hall. The building has two elevators and an on-site security guard.
Accessibility
Elevator access to all eight floors. The wheelchair-accessible main lobby entrance is on Jackson Street.
Finding us
The Medical Arts Building is a historic 1909 medical-office building at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and Jackson Street, with a red awning. It is in the Russian Hill/Polk Gulch area.
Check-in
Arrive a few minutes early for check-in. For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
