Bio

I’m a psychiatrist who sees adults for issues like depression, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. I offer medication management and, for some patients, therapy.

I have a particular interest in treating OCD and anxiety. My approach to these conditions, and to my work more broadly, is shaped by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and by a meditation practice I’ve maintained for years. Both point to the same insight: that much of our suffering comes from fighting what we feel, and that there’s another way to meet the experiences we’ve been working so hard to get rid of, one that allows for more freedom and ease.

If this sounds like a good fit, I’d be glad to talk.
