Bio

I work with adults seeking help with loss, self-esteem, sense of purpose, or problems in living in the world. My approach begins with developing a shared understanding of the specific patterns thoughts and behavior that bring you to care. I offer medication management, psychotherapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and ketamine treatment. I am an Assistant Clinical Professor in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, providing psychotherapy supervision to resident physicians.
