Bio
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues and problems of daily living. I find that while diagnostic labels can be useful, they often fall short of capturing the complexity of a person’s experience. My approach is to understand each individual in their unique context and to collaborate on solutions that feel authentic and sustainable. I use tools such as psychotherapy, medications, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine to help reduce obstacles to growth.
I am particularly interested in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or the use of ketamine to induce an expanded state of consciousness that deepens self-reflection and enhances the therapy process. This can be helpful for those who feel stuck in rigid patterns and are less interested in traditional psychiatric treatments like medications. I also enjoy working with people seeking assistance in safely consolidating or tapering off of their medications.
