Bio

Dr. Woodward has experience with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety and depressive disorders. She enjoys working with adolescents and young adults as well as patients in other stages of life. Trained in both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, she takes an individualized approach with each patient to improve wellness across multiple domains, including work, relationships and personal satisfaction. She is trained in multiple psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and psychoanalysis. Her research interests include the role of inflammation in depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
